Our Daily Bread Soup Kitchen exists through the generous commitment people have made as individuals and collective congregations, businesses, and corporations who demonstrate their support of the command Peter received from Jesus Christ to, 'feed my sheep.'

The cost of operation each day to feed 160 people (our average) requires $350.

Your donation of $20 helps us feed 9 people; 22 people eat with your $50 donation; and 80 people eat with your half-a-day's support of $175.

We are a 501c3 nonprofit organization, Tax receipts are issued for monetary donations in a year end statement, mailed out prior to April of the following year.

In charitable estate planning, the feeding of the poor in our community can be accomplished by including "Our Daily Bread Soup Kitchen, Inc., Lima, Ohio," in one's will.

This passage speaks to the commitment Conelius, a Roman Centurion Captain had for the Christian people of faith as he lived amongst them.
